We have a new contract opportunity for an ICT Trainer to devise training approaches and detailed plans to support the adoption of new technologies within a government agency.

This role can be worked in Canberra or Brisbane or Melbourne airport locations.

What your day will look like:

  • Create professional training presentations and deliver classroom training for each branch nationally.
  • Create content for online training and quality control/commission its production to time and budget.
  • Instruction design using Storyline, Captivate or Camtasia or online training software

Experience needed:

  • Design and development of learning programs that meet training requirements and objectives within the required timeframes.
  • Sound knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Ability to analyse complex issues and develop feasible solutions in a timely manner to ensure that workplace learning and performance goals are achieved
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – desirable
  • Experience of introducing change successfully in respect of the adoption of new technologies to support business processes
  • Instruction design using Storyline, Captivate or Camtasia or online training software
  • Excellent knowledge of desktop applications including MS Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Skype for Business
  • Understanding of Transformational change and Change management in projects
