The Role:

Our Federal Government client seeks to engage a Data and Integration Architect to work with a multi-disciplinary team within a complex Program/Project delivery environment. Your focus will be to ensure integration approaches including data structures that drive interoperability through WofG Application Programming Interface (API) library are consistent in its design across use cases

Responsibilities include: 

  • Engage with variety of stakeholders to communicate integration points of enterprise systems

  • Develop set of interoperability principles for the Permissions Capability:

    • working collaboratively with stakeholders & WofG Architecture Taskforce

  • Document & maintain the architecture of the Permissions API Gateway and an API library 

  • Represent & drive these principles into a multi-agency program of work

  • Support enterprise & solution architecture activities & deliverables

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience delivering holistic & standardised integration patterns, practices & solutions 

  • Experience in large scale enterprise environments spanning across multiple organisations: 

    • develop best practices or industry standards in interoperability or WofG systems.

  • Ability to providing strategic guidance in the development interoperability standards

  • Excellent problem solving skills, including undertaking research to inform problem definitions.

  • Ability to deliver a high level of service, through engaging with non-technical stakeholders & understanding user needs.

Eligibility:
This role is in a Federal Government environment. Applicants must be Australian Citizens with ability to obtain an AGSVA Baseline security clearance, to apply for this position.
