Our client in the aviation sector seeks to engage a Delivery Lead responsible for providing tools, templates and processes for program standardisation, perform project accounting and provide control over financial decisions.
Plan and coordinate resources, capacity and capabilities
Develop standardised program / project tools, methodologies, templates and systems and monitor implementation
Perform project accounting, reconciliation and comparison against budget
Develop procedures for project performance reviews and centrally manage project reviews (in conjunction with
Centrally manage significant financial and contract decisions in regards to external resourcing of programs and
Engage and communicate with stakeholders to drive information transparency, identify and re-design business
processes, and minimise the impact of change
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated program management and project delivery expertise including in an organisation wide program
coordination and support role
Experience in program accounting and analysis
Experience in developing program tools, methodologies etc.
