About the Role

Our client is a Federal Govt. Department is undertaking the transformation of their Intranet from SharePoint 2013 to the SharePoint Online (SPO) platform (part of Microsoft 365). We are seeking an experienced Trainer to deliver tailored training to upskill the whole Department in the adoption and use of the new Intranet.

The Trainer will be able to demonstrate a depth of experience delivering training. The training will be formulated in consultation with the project team to produce visible improvements in the Department's understanding of how the new Intranet works. They will also assist in change and communications activities to drive the successful adoption of the Intranet.

Experience and Abilities:

  • Digital learning, training or similar
  • Developing & delivering end-to-end training including:
    • training videos, user guides, FAQs & eLearning modules
  • Strong technical literacy skills in Microsoft software
  • Delivering training through video conferencing
    • & through facilitated & online delivery methods
  • Desirable experience includes:
    • Training experience working with ICT systems
    • Microsoft SharePoint Online
    • Learning Management Systems like SuccessFactors
