Our client is a global IT Managed Service Provider for small to medium enterprises in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and New Zealand markets.
They are seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Engineer to service their commercial clients with a practical approach to solving problems both onsite (customer-facing) and remotely.
Our ideal candidate will have experience/knowledge in:
- 3-5 years hands on experience in providing IT support.
- Experience working on O365, MS Azure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience working within a managed services provider or IT support company.
- PSA Ticketing experience highly desired.
