The Role:

Our Fed Gov Client is seeking two (2) suitably qualified Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Leads to support the team with delivering their CRM platform.

At minimum, you must have advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 functionalities with experience in performing high-level configuration and customisation.

As a Functional Lead, you will be required to:

  • advise the business on how best to leverage the CRM platform to meet their requirements
  • lead the discovery, planning and analysis of requirements and maintain functional documents
  • define high-level business requirements, business process specifications, interface mapping and non-functional requirements
  • define user stories and product backlog, perform backlog refinement with product owners and application teams
  • develop proof-of-concepts and wireframes to validate solution approach and design
  • perform high-level system configurations (e.g. CRM dashboards and iApply forms)
  • support development, testing, training and implementation activities
  • assist BAU support team including root-cause analysis and solution to fix underlying issues
  • proactively solve business issues and manage stakeholder expectations
  • manage risks impacting your area of responsibility and address audit findings within required timeframe
  • promote Lean and Agile practices within the team

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in leading functional specialists in complex enterprise environments
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 functionalities with experience in performing high-level configuration and customisation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively present complex information to different target audiences both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in resolving complex client and stakeholder related queries with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support team members to evaluate and propose technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes
  • Experience in ITIL service management
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification are highly desirable
