We are seeking the services of Organisational Change Management Officers, to help projects delivering IT solutions, minimise risk to adoption and usage, reduce burden on sponsors, prepare strong change stories that contribute to overarching narratives and minimise disruption by early engagement and targeted tactics to engage impacted audiences.

The key deliverables will be:

  • Perform method adoption discussions with project managers/teams to agree on adoption and usage goals, identify risks to adoption and usage via high level impact analysis, that will ultimately inform the change management activities that will be delivered as part of the project.
  • Be able to be flexible in the delivery of change management activities and find the fit-for-purpose set of activities for available resourcing.
  • Work collaboratively with the Projects Manager to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Develop and implement all of the outputs agreed in the schedule of change management activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in formalised OCM Methods, Approaches and Industry best practice (i.e. PROSCI, CMI, CMBoK) or;
  • Demonstrated experience in APS or local level Government Department with an organisational mature change management approach.

Eligibility: To be eligible to apply, you must be an Australian citizen eligible for an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
