Organisational Change Manager - guide development of workforce planning, organisational culture & deliver business transformation.
Contract Period:6 months with 12 month extension options | Location: Canberra
This new opportunity is with a federal government Department to lead the design and implementation of Organisational Change plans, and engaging with stakeholders to establish a positive and productive organisational culture.
You will lead complex consultation and engagement across diverse stakeholder groups
You will need for success:
- 5 years demonstrated experience working as an organisational change manager
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to manage relationships
- Exp. in workforce planning, building capability requirements to support stakeholders in adopting desired skills and behaviours.
- Exp. implementing effective resistance management strategies in change programs
Eligibility: This role is in a Federal Government environment and applicants must be Australian Citizens with an AGSVA Baseline (or higher) Security Clearance to apply for this role.
