Our client is a prominent research and learning university currently seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tech Lead to support a CRM (Salesforce) uplift program.
You will be a key member of the delivery team responsible for the configuration and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
If you have experience combining marketing strategy, customer journeys experience design, and marketing technology to deliver success, they'd love to meet you!
What your day will look like:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, and teams to design and implement new student experience strategies and solutions.
- Plan and estimate delivery work, focusing on delivery milestones, resource planning, scope, and budget for the delivery team.
- Manage business requirements and project ideation.
- Manage and contribute to solution plan definition.
- Provide custom platform training and enablement sessions to end users to enable optimised use of the Marketing Cloud platform
- Manage Marketing Cloud developers
- Identify, manage, and track key dependencies, issues, and risks.
