We have a new contract opportunity for a Software Engineer to work on an open-source project.
Background:
The Data Standards Body (DSB) has been established by the Australian government to deliver open technical standards that support the CDR (Consumer Data Right) in empowering Australian consumers to share their data simply and safely with organisations of their choosing.
As part of the team developing and helping organisations to implement open standards, this role will create, direct and facilitate open-source projects to develop reference libraries to:
assist participating organisations to understand how to implement CDR standards-compliant systems, and
assist the DSB in validating the operation of the standards in real-world use.
What you will need for success:
Experience with open-source projects
Demonstrated contributions to open-source projects
NodeJS based API development experience
Experience with OAuth and/or OIDC
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to host workshops, engage with a people online and foster a community
