Our client is seeking an experienced Service Designer to assist the department's Enterprise Service Management and Digital Foundation Programs in driving a range of strategy, business, technical and program delivery outcomes. The department is consolidating and transforming its IT and Enterprise Service Management capability and requires a suitably experienced IT professional to join the existing team.
- ITIL based Service Design in a government environment
- Design the delivery of a service across a multi-vendor environment
- Detailed understanding of IT Service Management, ITIL and Scaled Agile
- High level communication and interpersonal skills
- Leading diverse teams to achieve a common goal
Eligibility: This role is in a Federal Government environment and the client is limited to accepting Australian Citizens with a Baseline or higher security clearance.
