Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst with an ability to troubleshoot a variety of IT matters in person or over the phone.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working as an IT Service Desk Analyst
- Experience supporting senior management staff
- Troubleshoot a variety of IT matters in person or over the phone.
- Experience documenting incidents through a Service Management tool.
- Physically capable of lifting, moving equipment like monitors, desk printers.
Eligibility: This role is in a Federal Government environment & applicants must be Australian Citizens with an active Federal Govt AGSVA Security Clearance.
