- Contract: Start 4 July 2022 for 6 months plus 2 x 6 month extension options

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for its Melbourne office. This role will provide responsible, reliable, and respectful Level 1 service desk support to end users of their ICT systems.
Experience and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent phone manner with great written communication skills
- Supporting Microsoft Office 365
- Good general ICT and networking knowledge
