Our client is seeking a SharePoint Level 2 Support person to:
- Provide permissions, site configurations, metadata management, etc.
- Resolve technical issues and enable a consistent end user experience and accessibility to content
- Develop training resources for SharePoint users and Level 1 Service Desk Support
- Conduct technical training for SharePoint Content Managers
- SharePoint application (SP2013 and higher) support
- Site administrator role functions
- Client service delivery in a support role
- Developing and delivering technical training for users
- Experience with SharePoint Online
Eligibility: This role is in a Federal Government environment and the client is limited to accepting Australian Citizens only.
