The UX Lead will be working with both technical and business stakeholders to identify UX needs associated with the delivery of the Case Management and Customer Relationship Management Solution from feature development through to production.
Experience needed:
- Work end to end on both UX and UI tasks
- Working across web, mobile and social platforms
- WCAG 2.0, accessibility assessment for UIs
- HTML, Cascading Style Sheets and Photoshop
- Personas, concepts, prototypes, wireframes and user journey maps
- Facilitating user testing
- Managing customer facing workshops
This role is in a Commonwealth Government environment and the client is limited to accepting Australian Citizenship only. Those with a security clearance will have an advantage.
